I had the amazing privilege this past spring of documenting the engagement and the wedding of these two beautifully large hearted people. It's couples like Seth and Christina that remind me why I do what I do. It's not just about being behind the camera and using my skills of composition and lighting, but getting to know, speak life into, and celebrate with people. The wedding process is no small deal these days and there are a lot of ways to do a wedding. It is therefore all the more important to choose a wedding photographer that you not only can rely on to help you navigate through the myriad of details, but also like enough to share the emotions that come with bringing two people together. It was very clear that Seth and Christina wanted to honor God, their families, themselves, and to celebrate the great mystery that is Love. From Star Wars wedding favors, ice cream instead of cake, and planting a tree together in their church to Veggie Tales Rock Outs and family jewelry, I would have to say that they pretty much nailed it.
